Bubble Text Generator

Open and filled
Open bubbles are outlined circles with a letter inside: Ⓐ ⓑ ⓒ. They come in capitals and lowercase, and the digits 1 to 9 and 0 have circled forms too.
Filled bubbles are solid discs with the letter cut out of them. There is only one set, so capitals and lowercase come out the same.
When a bubble turns into an emoji
On some phones the filled bubbles are drawn as emoji. That means a colour you did not choose and a size that does not match the line. The open bubbles behave like ordinary letters, so they are the safer pick.
Keep it short
Bubbles are wide and slow to read. A name or a short heading works. A paragraph does not.
Questions
Why did my lowercase turn into capitals in the filled style?
Unicode has only one alphabet of filled bubbles, so both cases use it.
Can I change the colour?
No. The letters take the colour of the text around them, except where a device draws them as emoji.
Do numbers work?
Yes. The digits become circled or filled numbers, which most devices have.
